Summary

The Hungarian National Bank is procuring an integrated, BIM-based building operations model for the 23,000 m², heritage-protected headquarters in Budapest. The work includes structured information and document management for the building’s full lifecycle, 3D digital operational support, full integration with the ArchiFM system, and conversion of operational processes to BIM-compatible workflows. The contract also covers BIM skills development for users and operations staff, six months of follow-up maintenance, consultancy and process management. The procurement comprises one lot.
