Supply of DKG valves and valve components

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply DKG-manufactured or equivalent valves and valve components. The list comprises 35 product types, with a planned total of 256 items; the planned framework value is HUF 726,400,000. Supplies are intended for the MVM Paks Nuclear Power Plant, including replacement of defective or malfunctioning safety valves and maintenance of spare-part availability. The planned term is 2027–2029, or 36 months, with a possible 12-month extension by mutual agreement if the framework value has not been exhausted. The bid must include confirmation of compliance with the technical minimum requirements, a priced table covering the full product list, and a commitment to provide the required quality evidence with deliveries. Each product must be accompanied by a type 3.1 certificate under EN 10204:2005 or an equivalent standard, stating the actual chemical composition of the material and its mechanical properties at 20°C. Unit prices must be whole numbers. The deadline for submitting participation requests is 16 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation gives a weight of 99 to the net price and 1 to offering electronic delivery of the documents specified in clause 8.2 of the framework agreement.
