Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring operational, support, project and development services for its central unified communications and collaboration platforms under two lots. Lot 1 covers the Cisco VoIP environment and related communications components; Lot 2 covers video conferencing with telephony functions, including Webex and the planned Microsoft Teams solution. The services support about 40 institutes using VoIP and about 60 using Webex; estimated net values are €2.154 million for Lot 1 and €1.981 million for Lot 2, with framework-agreement ceilings of €2.585 million and €2.377 million respectively.
