Modernisation of public lighting in Battonya

Summary

The procurement covers the modernisation of Battonya’s public lighting and related services. The work includes designing upgrades for 1,219 existing luminaires, removing the old units, installing new ones, and, where necessary, renewing connections and wiring, as well as arranging required permits and electricity-network procedures. Pedestrian crossings must receive enhanced lighting. The service provider will maintain and operate the upgraded lighting system for 144 months and handle warranty repairs. The upgrade works must be completed within 12 months after the work site is handed over. Evaluation weights the net monthly service fee at 80% and additional warranty beyond the required 60 months, up to 24 extra months, at 20%. The bidder must have experience operating a public lighting system comprising at least 910 luminaires and provide at least two specialists with the required qualifications and experience.
