Event organisation and support services
Summary
The European Social Fund Agency is procuring event organisation and support services in Vilnius for networking events under the Alternative Investment Detector project. The two lots cover 12 large events of approximately 150 participants each and 12 small events of approximately 70 participants each, with participant numbers adjustable by up to 20. Services include event planning, venues and equipment, on-site attendee support, moderation, catering and photography; delivery is required by 30 June 2029.
