Apartment buildings for older people in Nošovice

Summary

The Municipality of Nošovice is procuring, in one lot, construction of two residential buildings for older people: a three-level multipurpose building with a lift and photovoltaic panels, and a single-storey building. The works also include a covered parking structure, 20 parking spaces in total (four accessible spaces), access roads and paths, landscaping, pedestrian bridges, and site utilities including water, sewerage, drainage, lighting, electric-vehicle infrastructure and photovoltaic installations.
