The Lithuanian State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance is procuring maintenance services for its Integrated Tax Information System (IMIS) as a single, undivided contract. The work covers user consultation; resolution of non-warranty incidents and errors; restoration of system operation and data correction where required; minor updates of up to 50 person-hours per month; and review, analysis and testing of software solutions and code submitted for implementation by other service providers.
