Enhancement of the Fisheries Data Information System

Summary

The Lithuanian Fisheries Service is procuring the enhancement of its Fisheries Data Information System as one integrated, undivided service. The work covers modernization of the system’s fishing-log, sales, permits, vessel-register, inspection and reporting functions, along with related user portals and mobile applications, traceability, quotas, recreational fishing and other modules. It also includes upgrades to data exchange with the European Commission and other countries through FLUX, software updates, and integration with the buyer’s fisheries data analytics system.
