Programming services for electronic document signing in RITS and SMPS

Summary

The tender seeks an end-to-end electronic document-signing software solution for Ukmergė Hospital’s RITS and SMPS systems, including implementation and support. The scope includes a perpetual licence for an unlimited number of workstations, integration with the hospital’s information systems and the national VIISP platform, digitisation of up to 100 document forms, up to 70 hours of additional programming, and training for up to 300 employees.
