Restoration and strengthening of the Casa Fusea-Parvulescu historic building

The tender covers the restoration, strengthening and enhancement of the historic Casa Fusea-Parvulescu building at Calea Domneasca 208 in Târgoviște. Bids are evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price is worth 80 points, relevant experience of the site manager or contractor’s representative 13 points, and construction-site waste management 7 points. The experience assessment concerns participation in contracts for strengthening, restoring, conserving or enhancing Class A historic monuments. The bid must describe waste management; additional points are available for committing to exceed the minimum 70% waste recovery rate.
