Modernisation of the DJ 792D road section between Mocrea, Chier and Târnova

Summary

The contract covers construction works to modernise the DJ 792D road section between Mocrea, Chier and Târnova in Arad County, approximately between km 0+000 and km 12+300. The works are intended to improve the road’s condition, traffic safety and surface-water drainage over a route of about 12.5 km, including improvements to curves and road geometry. The works must include construction, modernisation or rehabilitation of at least one bridge, road overpass or viaduct. The estimated contract value is RON 71,744,857.10 and the planned duration is 21 months. The bidder must demonstrate valid registration, average annual turnover of at least RON 71,000,000 in 2023–2025, and similar road-infrastructure works completed during the previous five years with a combined value of at least RON 71,000,000 excluding VAT, under one or two contracts. The bidder must have access to the required construction equipment and submit the requested qualification and equipment information, together with technical and financial offers. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation; the works warranty and the emissions class of three dump trucks each account for 15%. The warranty must be at least 36 months; 84 months receives the maximum warranty score. Bids must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 15:00.
