Design and construction of renewable energy infrastructure for Targu Bujor Town Hospital

Summary

The procurement covers the design and construction of renewable energy production infrastructure for Targu Bujor Town Hospital. The work includes preparing the technical design and building-permit documentation, execution drawings, technical assistance from the designer, technical verification of the design, and construction works. The bidder must meet registration and authorisation requirements and demonstrate the specified previous design and construction experience. The bid must include the European Single Procurement Document and, where applicable, documents for joint bidding, subcontracting or reliance on another entity’s resources. Evaluation awards points for price (40%), the quality-management methodology (10%), the works warranty period (10%), an environmental product declaration (EPD) (10%), and additional experience of key experts (30% in total). A warranty of at least 60 months receives the maximum score for the warranty criterion. Alternative bids are not allowed, no bid guarantee is required, and the bid must remain valid for five months.
