Design and project supervision for Mažeikių Street and the Geležinkelio Street junction

Summary

The tender covers the design of the reconstruction of approximately 1.55 km of Mažeikių Street, construction of approximately 650 m of new street, and reconstruction of the junction with Geležinkelio Street in Telšiai, from Sedos Street to Geležinkelio Street. The services include preparing design proposals and a technical working design, obtaining the construction permit, and providing the designer’s supervision during project implementation. The design must include a 7.5 m-wide carriageway, parking for cars and heavy vehicles, up to four bus stops, a 1.5 m-wide footpath, a 3 m-wide shared pedestrian and cycle path, lighting, stormwater systems, and water-supply and sewer networks. BIM modelling is required, including coordinated models, quantity calculations, clash checks, and delivery of the model in open IFC format. The service period is 35 months: 12 months for design (8 months for design proposals and 4 months for the technical working design) and 23 months for project implementation supervision. The supplier must arrange the required surveys, obtain conditions and approvals, conduct public information procedures, and provide the mandatory road safety audit. The maximum acceptable offer price is EUR 556,600 including taxes. Offers are evaluated on price and quality: price carries up to 90 points and the proposed project manager’s relevant experience up to 10 points. The bidder must provide suitably qualified road/street design and water-supply and wastewater design managers, submit the required declarations and evidence, and comply with the environmental and BIM requirements.
