Supply of a heartbeat detection system

Summary

The tender covers the supply of one stationary system for detecting people hidden in vehicles by means of heartbeat, vital-sign or micro-movement signals. The system must be suitable for inspecting trucks, delivery vehicles, cars, vans, trailers, semi-trailers and other enclosed vehicles, and must include at least four vehicle sensors, an active ground sensor, a wind or pressure sensor and processing software. The bid must include a product description, operating instructions, maintenance and service concept, required declarations and references. Price is the only award criterion, the bid deadline is 5 October 2026, and delivery must be possible by 30 November 2026 at the latest.
