Security technology systems and related services

Summary

The tender covers security technology systems used in prisons and related maintenance services across all prisons managed by the Finnish Prison and Probation Service. It is divided into two lots: security technology systems and an access control system. A candidate may participate in and be selected for one or both lots. The framework agreement has a fixed term of 7 years. The estimated total value, including a possible option period, is EUR 19,600,000 excluding VAT; the estimated value of Lot 1 is approximately EUR 13,000,000–15,400,000 and that of Lot 2 approximately EUR 3,000,000–4,200,000 excluding VAT. The deadline for submitting the request to participate or tender is 5 October 2026 at 09:00. Detailed technical and other participation requirements are set out in the annexes to the tender documents.
