Summary

The contract covers modernisation and rehabilitation works at the Ștefan cel Mare National Pedagogical College buildings in Bacău. The works include structural strengthening and fire-safety improvements, restoration of historic architectural features, improved accessibility, and renewal of the building envelope, heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical and sanitary systems. A 47 kW photovoltaic system and energy-efficient lighting will also be installed. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions and modernise the educational environment. The estimated contract value is RON 55,524,656.97. The works must be completed within 30 months from the date stated in the commencement order. The warranty for both the works and equipment must be at least 60 months, and the two warranty periods must match. The evaluation assigns 55% to price, 15% to the Gantt works schedule, 15% to an extended works and equipment warranty, 10% to the contractor’s representative’s relevant professional experience, and 5% to the share of construction waste prepared for reuse, recycling or recovery. The minimum waste-recovery share is 70%; a share of up to 95% is used for the maximum-score calculation. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 15:00. To participate, bidders must demonstrate registration and professional capacity, average annual turnover of at least RON 22 million for 2023–2025, liquidity of at least 100% as at 31 December 2025, and the required experience in similar works.
