Digital Port Card with extended functionalities and integration with EuRIS

Summary

The tender concerns upgrading a complex existing Digital Port Card system that controls energy and media consumption for vessels through metering posts at port infrastructure operated by the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic. The contract includes implementing a tool for port card functions via a mobile device; modernizing functional components; upgrading control technologies; ensuring the supply of compatible components for installations at other locations; integrating with the EuRIS portal; system design and as-built documentation; provision of support for the implemented system and related software tools; and training and documentation of the actual deployment.
