Reconstruction of Turnov Railway Station Infrastructure and Station Building, Stage 3

Summary

The works concern the reconstruction of Turnov railway station infrastructure and the reconstruction of the station building, stage 3. The contractor must carry out the construction works, prepare the construction implementation documentation, establish and manage a common data environment for the investment project, prepare materials for the EC declaration of subsystem verification, compile complete as-built documentation including surveying and documents for approval, and coordinate with other contractors. The bid must be submitted electronically by 24 September 2026 at 09:00. The maximum admissible bid price is CZK 1,099,535,810 excluding VAT; exceeding it leads to exclusion. The bid must be secured electronically by a CZK 15 million guarantee, cash deposit, bank guarantee or insurance guarantee. Price is the only award criterion. The planned implementation period is 35 months from June 2027.
