Summary

The tender concerns digital solutions development services for the Teliu commune, including licenses for front-office and back-office solutions and training services under the Regiunea Centru programme. The objective is to design, develop, implement, configure, integrate, test and commission a unified IT platform to digitize administrative processes and deliver electronic public services to citizens and businesses. The contract covers Back-Office modules (document management, electronic archive, debt and tax management, urban planning, GIS, centralized data management, performance indicators and reporting) and Front-Office modules (electronic services portal, single user account, online applications, smart forms, mobile app, electronic notifications, workflow tracking, information kiosks and public information). The project includes user training and technical support for the duration of the contract and ongoing maintenance and updates.
