Supply of street-lighting fixtures and a remote-management system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 1,080 remotely managed LED street-lighting fixtures and related materials for the modernization of public street lighting in Sânmartin, Bihor County, Romania. The quantities are 172 units of 40 W LED fixtures, 903 units of 25 W LED fixtures and 5 units of 10 W LED fixtures with PIR sensors. The remote-management system must enable real-time monitoring and control, reduce energy consumption and operating costs, lower CO₂ emissions and improve system reliability. The estimated contract value is RON 1,370,074.75 excluding VAT. Products must be covered by a warranty of at least 60 months from actual delivery. Offers must be submitted by 23 September 2026. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required, and the contract must be performed in accordance with the technical specifications and contractual terms.
