Strategic consultancy, development and operation of network services

Summary

The tender concerns a contract with a cooperation partner and overall supplier for strategic consultancy, development and operation of the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority’s network services. The work is divided into three areas: strategic consultancy on user-friendliness, operation and improvement of websites and related digital services; operation and further development of the existing website; and development of new websites or restructuring of existing websites, including their operation and further development during the contract period. The supplier is expected to act as an active strategic partner and propose improvements. The estimated contract value is EUR 15,000,000, and the submission deadline is 22 September 2026.
