The bidder must confirm that it has no outstanding national taxes, duties or environmental charges within the meaning of the applicable tax procedure legislation, and no tax or social security contribution arrears under the legislation of its country of establishment. The bidder must confirm that no exclusion grounds apply.

The bidder must have properly performed at least two sales contracts for lifting equipment similar to the subject of the procurement during the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement. At least one contract must have been worth EUR 40,000 or more, excluding VAT. The bidder must provide a list of these contracts stating their performance periods and the other contracting parties’ details, including the customer representative’s name, telephone number and email address; for public contracts, the procurement reference numbers must also be given. The bid must be unconditional and confirm acceptance of all requirements in the procurement documents. It must include Form I (the application to participate), the offered equipment’s specifications, a list of accessories and spare parts, copies of the operating and maintenance manuals, and evidence that spare parts and maintenance services will be provided. The price must follow the structure specified in the pricing schedule and include the equipment, accessories, spare parts, delivery, personnel instruction and warranty coverage.
