Acquisition of an automatic spray painting line
Summary
The tender concerns the acquisition and delivery of an automatic continuous-feed spray-painting line for automated and continuous product spray painting in a production process. The supplier must install the equipment and bring it into operational readiness within no more than four months after signing the contract. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly performed contract from the previous 36 months for the sale and delivery of an equivalent spray-painting line. The offer must include a detailed technical description, a completed Annex 2 conformity table, and all documents and data required by the technical specification. The bidder must accept the draft contract and its payment terms without reservations and provide the proposed delivery period. Compliance with each technical requirement must be verifiable from the submitted offer; a general statement of compliance is not sufficient.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have properly performed at least one contract during the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement procedure for the sale and delivery of an automatic continuous-feed spray-painting line. An equivalent line is one intended for the automated and continuous spray painting of products as part of a production process. For the reference contract, the bidder must provide a description of the contract subject, the performance period, and the customer’s name and contact details. Customer details may be anonymised if the bidder can provide the necessary information upon request to verify proper performance.
The proposed equipment must comply with the technical specification and all requirements set out in it. The bidder must submit a completed conformity table using Annex 2 and all documents and data required by the technical specification. Compliance with each technical requirement must be verifiable from the tender; a general statement that the equipment meets all requirements is not sufficient. The bidder must also submit a technical description of the proposed equipment, confirm unreserved acceptance of the draft contract and its payment terms, and state the delivery period. Delivery, installation and commissioning must be completed within four months of contract signature. A tender proposing a longer delivery period will be rejected as non-compliant.
