Supply of two operator cabins for EBHI MC1 and MC2 bucket-wheel machines

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture, transport, removal and installation of two new operator cabins for EBHI's MC1 and MC2 bucket-wheel machines. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 72,000 excluding VAT, with a total budget of EUR 87,120 including 21% VAT; the maximum execution period is 10 weeks from approval of the manufacturing drawings and the minimum warranty is 24 months. The contractor must provide the cabins, thermal and acoustic insulation, glazing, pedestrian doors, basic interior electrical installation, air conditioning, C5-H anti-corrosion treatment, transport, removal of the existing cabins, mechanical installation and final fixing. The contractor must also provide final drawings, material certificates, test and inspection records, maintenance manuals and a quality dossier. The required tests include watertightness, paint and dimensional checks. Offers are submitted electronically in one envelope. Price carries 70 points, similar-cabin experience 15 points and workshop proximity 15 points. The price per cabin may not exceed EUR 36,000 excluding VAT. A final guarantee of 5% of the final offered price excluding VAT is required from the proposed awardee; no bid guarantee is required. The contractor must comply with applicable collective-labour, occupational-safety, waste and recycling requirements and maintain civil liability insurance with minimum coverage of EUR 100,000.
