Purchase of an automated ready-made bag filling and packaging line

The machine-readable procurement passport did not specify precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents. The bidder must nevertheless confirm that the goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions. A contract based on a bid that fails this condition would be void under the applicable legislation.

During the last 36 months, the bidder must have completed at least one order for an automated ready-made bag filling and packaging line similar to the subject matter of the procurement. The relevant information and confirmation must be submitted using Form 1. The bid must include a detailed description of the proposed equipment and contract terms sufficient to assess compliance with the tender requirements, as well as the bidder’s name, registration code, contact details and price excluding VAT. The proposed equipment must be new, and the bid price must be submitted in the structure specified by the contracting authority. Conditional bids are not allowed. Where necessary, equivalence must be explained and supported with evidence. In the case of a joint bid, the joint bidders must appoint an authorised representative and submit a power of attorney.
