- the contracting authority’s responsibilities, such as installation requirements;
- the equipment warranty period in months and the warranty conditions;
- a description of after-sales service and spare-parts support, including the availability of service and spare parts;
- confirmation that the tender will remain valid for at least four months from the deadline for submitting tenders.
