Purchase of waste containers

The bidder must confirm that it is not subject to the contracting authority’s restriction on participation based on the company’s place of establishment or residence. The bidder must also confirm that it will not use subcontractors or suppliers for more than 10% of the contract value if they are Russian citizens, residents or entities established in the Russian Federation, are more than 50% directly or indirectly owned by such persons or entities, or act as their representatives or under their instructions. A tender may be rejected if the resulting contract would be void under the applicable sanctions legislation.

The bidder must have achieved an average annual turnover of at least EUR 100,000 during 2023–2025 from the sale of equipment and products similar to the subject of the procurement. The contracting authority may request supporting evidence during tender qualification. A joint tender must include a power of attorney appointing an authorised representative. The bidder must submit the required tender confirmations, a price offer in the prescribed structure and a complete technical description of the proposed multilift containers. The tender must comply with the procurement documents; conditional tenders are not permitted. Where equivalent products or solutions are offered, their equivalence must be explained and supported by evidence. The bidder must also identify and justify any business secrets, while the tender price and other legally non-confidential price-related indicators may not be classified as business secrets.
