Prevention and emergency response services for the Perlim event and Christmas Market

Feira Viva – Cultura e Desporto, EM is procuring a single, all-in service to provide preventive medical assistance and emergency response for the Perlim event and Christmas Market in Santa Maria da Feira. Visitor support at Quinta do Castelo is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on 28 and 29 November and 1, 5–8, 11–13, 18–23 and 26–30 December 2026, with an additional service on 27 November from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.; event-closing-show prevention is also required on operating days. The on-site provision includes one doctor, one nurse, two emergency medical technicians, one ambulance with two emergency medical responders, and one fully equipped advanced medical post with advanced life support and an automated external defibrillator. The contract runs from 27 November to 30 December 2026, with a total base price of EUR 24,000 excluding VAT.
