Pellet supply and specialist technician maintenance for ULSTMAD

Summary

The Local Health Unit of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (ULSTMAD) is procuring 150,000 kg of ENplus A1-certified pellets for its Vila Real hospital unit, including delivery into the existing heating-plant silos. The contract also includes an on-site specialist technician seven days a week, from 08:00 to 17:00, to replenish the silos and maintain the boilers and associated equipment. The contract runs from 15 October 2026 to 15 May 2027, has a base value of EUR 65,000 excluding VAT, and is not divided into lots.
