Purchase of liquid fuels for official vehicles and equipment

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase of liquid fuels for the official vehicles and equipment of the Municipality of Gostynin: an estimated 7,500 litres of unleaded Pb95 petrol and 25,500 litres of diesel. Refuelling is to be provided on a cashless basis at the supplier’s station, as needed, including fuel for equipment drawn into canisters under the contracting authority’s authorisation. The station must be no more than 5 km from the contracting authority’s premises by the shortest public road and must allow refuelling 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Quantities are estimates, and payment will be based on actual purchases. The contracting authority may exercise an option for additional quantities of up to 20%. The contract will run for up to 12 months; the same discount per litre for petrol and diesel offered in the bid must remain unchanged throughout the contract. Fuel must meet the quality standards and legal requirements specified in the tender documents. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 7 October 2026.
