Roof and Façade Rehabilitation at the University of Minho Law School

Summary

The University of Minho is procuring the rehabilitation of the roofs and façades of its Law School building at the Gualtar campus in Braga. The single, unlottted works contract includes demolition and removal, new roof waterproofing and insulation, façade repairs and cleaning, window-frame maintenance, interior ceiling and wall works, and temporary removal and reinstatement of roof-mounted mechanical, ventilation and lightning-protection equipment. The contract has a 150-day completion period and a base price of EUR 380,000 excluding VAT.
