Summary

Instituto de Informática, I.P. is procuring specialist information protection, backup and recovery services for 36 months, with no lots. The work covers daily backup and storage administration, backup and restore operations, data replication between data centres, SAN and NAS administration, service documentation and technical support, including on-call coverage. The estimated service allowance is 6,040 normal-working-time hours and 604 on-call hours over the contract period, with a maximum contract value of EUR 288,712 excluding VAT. Services will be provided in Porto Salvo, Loures and Viseu, or remotely from within the EU where authorised.
