Supply of Rails for Modernisation of the Casa Branca–Beja Section of the Alentejo Line

Summary

Infraestruturas de Portugal is procuring 8,300 tonnes of 108-metre railway rails for modernising the Casa Branca–Beja section of the Alentejo line. The rails are specified as profile 60E1, steel grade R260, and are to be delivered in one contract, with scheduled quantities of 3,700 tonnes in 2027, 2,600 tonnes in 2028, 1,800 tonnes in 2029 and 200 tonnes in 2030. The contract has a maximum base value of EUR 9,262,800 excluding VAT.
