Migration of the on-premises Easyvista ITSM solution to an integrated ITSM and ITAM SaaS platform

Summary

Infraestruturas de Portugal is procuring the migration of its on-premises Easyvista IT service management solution to an integrated Easyvista SaaS platform for ITSM and IT asset management. The contract covers subscription, implementation, configuration, integrations, migration of relevant data, training, support and assisted operation, including implementation for the IPResolve area and migration of the existing SGOS implementation. The contract has a 12-month term and is not divided into lots.
