Continuous supply of hot bituminous mixtures – 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the continuous supply of 3,050 tonnes of hot bituminous mixtures in Mafra for up to 365 days, with an estimated contract value of EUR 215,000 excluding VAT and no lots. The estimated quantities are 750 tonnes of basalt/granite AC14 surf 35/50, 1,800 tonnes of limestone AC14 reg 35/50 and 500 tonnes of limestone AC10 reg 35/50. Bids must state unit prices per tonne and be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 23:59. Awarding is based on weighted price and delivery-location profitability criteria, with a final weighting of 65% for limestone AC14, 15% for limestone AC10 and 20% for basalt AC14. No bid guarantee or contract performance security is required.
