Construction of a container community centre in Ruda

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a container community centre and a sewage tank in Ruda, together with development and other works on plot no. 71/4. The scope includes the building’s internal electrical, water and sewerage installations, stairs, an accessible ramp, paved access routes, parking spaces, a water connection and the complete equipment shown in the design. The works must be completed within 50 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the length of the construction-work warranty (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No tender guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
