Copying and printing equipment rental services

Summary

The tender concerns a six-month service for renting and operating copying and printing equipment for the Municipality of Funchal. The supplier must provide, install and maintain 160 networked laser devices, including A3 and A4 colour multifunction devices, A4 colour laser printers and A4 black-and-white laser printers. The service covers 2,000,000 pages: 1,050,000 black-and-white and 950,000 colour pages. The contract value must not exceed EUR 37,355 excluding VAT. Unit prices must not exceed EUR 0.004 for black-and-white pages and EUR 0.0349 for colour pages. The price must include equipment, software, transport, installation, maintenance, spare parts, consumables and technical support; paper is excluded. The award is based on the lowest price. The supplier must install the equipment within 15 days of signing the written contract, provide consumables within 8 hours where needed, offer weekday support from 08:30 to 18:00, repair faults within 8 hours and replace non-repairable equipment within 48 hours. Consumables must be supplied or replaced within 24 hours of notification. Bids must be submitted electronically with qualified signatures and remain valid for 66 days after the submission deadline.
