PVC halls market survey

Summary

The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is planning to procure 115 movable PVC halls, plus an option for 35 additional halls, over a four-year period. The halls are intended for accommodation, training, catering and leisure activities, material storage, vehicle and trailer-equipment storage, and washing, disinfection or greasing. Deliveries would be made to Defence Forces units throughout Finland. This is a market survey to obtain feedback on the feasibility of the proposed requirements and possible improvements; it does not oblige the contracting authority to launch the subsequent procurement. Responses are due by 17 September 2026 at 11:00, and no compensation will be paid. The planned supplier scope excludes groundworks, on-site sewerage and electrical connection works.
