Transport service for adult trainees

Summary

The tender concerns a passenger transport service for adult trainees. The contractor must transport trainees from their homes to training locations and back, using one air-conditioned vehicle with capacity for 35 people. Service is required daily from Monday to Friday, with arrival at the training location by 08:00 and departure at 14:00, subject to possible changes in course schedules. The service will mainly cover Cinfães and Castelo de Paiva, with possible routes involving Penafiel, Marco de Canaveses and other municipalities in the Tâmega e Sousa intermunicipal community. The indicative complete daily route is approximately 70 km. The maximum contract value is EUR 48,620 excluding VAT, and the maximum daily price is EUR 260 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion. The contractor bears the costs of the driver, insurance, fuel, vehicle maintenance and repairs, must issue electronic invoices, and may face contractual penalties for delays, missing passengers or failure to provide the service.
