Decorative Christmas lighting and installations in Ovar 2026

Summary

The public design competition concerns the design, supply, installation, operation, maintenance and dismantling of decorative Christmas lighting and installations in Ovar for the 2026 festive season. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1, Christmas lighting and decoration, with a maximum value of EUR 79,950 excluding VAT, and Lot 2, artistic installations and Christmas decoration, with a maximum value of EUR 95,000 excluding VAT. A participant may submit for and be awarded both lots. The design must cover the specified locations and comply with the aesthetic, creative, technical, safety and feasibility requirements. The submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 17:00, electronic submission is required through the Vortal platform, and submissions must be in Portuguese and signed with an advanced or qualified electronic signature or seal. The selected design is intended to be followed by a direct service contract with the winner for the development and implementation of the design.
