The tender concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for reconstructing or extending the intersection of county road No. 1816W and Klonowa Street and the pedestrian crossing in Stanisławów Pierwszy. The work includes collecting source data, preparing the concept, construction and detailed designs, a land-division design, traffic management designs, approvals, cost estimates and technical specifications, and, where necessary, documentation for a water permit and utility-collision solutions. The documentation must also be delivered electronically in PDF and editable vector formats. The contract period is 70 days, and the contractor must provide author’s supervision and update the investor’s cost estimates up to twice during the two years following final acceptance. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the contract completion period (40%). To participate, the bidder must provide at least one road-design specialist with unrestricted design authorisation and at least 3 years of experience who has prepared at least one properly authorised public-road project.
