Green-space maintenance services in Abrantes urban parks

Summary

The tender concerns 36 months of green-space maintenance services in Abrantes, covering Aquapolis Sul, Parque Tejo, Aquapolis Norte, Parque Urbano de S. Lourenco, Parque de Ciencia e Tecnologia, areas adjacent to Avenida Dr. Santana Maia and the Dona Amelia accommodation facility, and the Samarra, Santa Luzia and Olival Basto urban developments. The contract is valued at a maximum of EUR 702,000 excluding VAT, and the price is the only award criterion. The successful contractor must provide continuous maintenance, mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, irrigation-system maintenance, cleaning and waste removal, pest-control treatments, equipment, materials and qualified staff.
