Tree and shrub clearing for the planned route of the expansion of national road No. 22

Summary

The tender covers tree and shrub clearing, timber harvesting and forwarding, fence dismantling and agrotechnical land improvement in the Zamkowy Las and Mielęcin forest districts of the Człopa Forest District, in connection with the expansion of national road No. 22. The works must be carried out in accordance with the quantities and quality standards described in the procurement documents and their annexes. The contracting authority may increase the scope of work by up to 30% of the remuneration determined on the date of contract conclusion if natural, climatic or weather-related circumstances arise, or if new economic or public tasks are assigned; ordering optional work is not mandatory. The works must be completed by 15 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The tenderer must provide the required forestry personnel, a harvester operator and the necessary machinery. The bid must be submitted electronically by 17 September 2026 at 00:00.
