Summary

The Słubice County authority is commissioning complete design documentation for the reconstruction and renovation of part of the basement at the Youth Sociotherapy Centre in Ośno Lubuskie, to convert the rooms into a temporary shelter. The work has two conditional stages: a technical and building assessment, followed—if the assessment is positive—by multidisciplinary building and detailed design documentation, cost documentation, required approvals and supporting documents for a building permit application or works notification. The scope also includes advisory support and author supervision during construction.
