Purchase and delivery of teaching aids and equipment for Drawno Primary School – Tender III

Summary

The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of teaching aids and equipment for Drawno Primary School, divided into two lots. Lot I covers learning resources for pupils, including a Magic Carpet interactive system with projector, network cards, remote control, projection mat, internet connection and installation; educational and coding software and games; a virtual chemistry laboratory with 26 experiments for grades 7–8; arts and modelling materials, mathematics and robotics resources, speech-therapy and social-emotional learning programmes, and sensory and calming-area equipment. Lot II covers classroom equipment: an 86-inch interactive display with a computer, 15 laptop sets, equipment for the Tomatis method, a biofeedback set and two ForBrain headsets. The laptops must have a new, previously unactivated Windows 11 operating system, support joining an Active Directory domain and work with the Magic Carpet system. Both lots must be delivered and handed over by 20 October 2026. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for the equipment (40%); warranty options are 24, 36 or 48 months. The bid guarantee is PLN 1,000 for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11:00 on 8 October 2026. Participation requires the specified declarations and evidence of current third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 100,000.
