Supply of medical products for NOVUM-MED Hospital

Summary

NOVUM-MED Sp. z o.o. is purchasing medical products for the needs of its hospital in Więcbork, divided into three packages. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more packages, but must offer each selected package in full in accordance with the price form. Deliveries will be made progressively to the hospital pharmacy store, and the contract will run from signature until 30 September 2027. The contracting authority may increase the quantities ordered by up to 50% of the original gross contract value; not exercising this option gives the supplier no right to compensation. Products must be new, lawfully marketable in the EU, and have at least 80% of the manufacturer’s stated shelf life remaining on delivery. Required product approvals, registration certificates and other evidence must be provided when requested. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must submit the required declarations concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions; no minimum economic, financial, technical or professional capacity thresholds have been set. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 9:30, and payment is due within 60 days after proper invoicing and acceptance of the goods.
