Tender detail
Supply of a dry heating block and germanium-gallium generator for a nuclear medicine department
Summary
The procurement is divided into two lots, and bidders may tender for either or both: (1) one dry heating block for preparing radiopharmaceuticals; (2) one germanium-gallium generator with the accessories needed for commissioning and diagnostic use, together with radiopharmaceutical kits. Lot 2 includes, among other items, disposable materials sufficient for at least 100 elutions, at least 45 kits for PET diagnosis of prostate cancer and at least 45 kits for PET diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumours. The generator must have an activity of 1.85 GBq ± 0.1 GBq, and at delivery at least 11 months must remain before expiry unless a different calibration date is agreed in writing. Both lots include delivery, installation, initial commissioning and staff training. Training for lot 2 must last 8 hours and be conducted in Polish. The supplier must collect the used or expired generator no later than 3 months after its expiry date. Delivery and completion are due within 7 calendar days of contract conclusion. Detailed technical and legal market-authorisation requirements apply to the equipment and products; the bid must demonstrate compliance with the tender-document requirements. Bids are evaluated on price (90%) and warranty duration (10%). The minimum warranty is 24 months; longer warranties receive additional points, up to a 5-year warranty. Bids must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. on 13 October 2026. Bidders should account for the short performance period when preparing their bids.
