Supply of generator sets

Summary

The procurement is for generator sets for the City of Suwałki, divided into four lots: Lot I is one petrol generator rated at least 7 kW; Lot II is one diesel generator rated at least 10 kW; Lot III is one diesel generator rated at least 11.5 kW; and Lot IV is two generators rated at least 11 kVA, powered by petrol or diesel. The equipment must have a rated voltage of 230/400 V, a power factor of 0.8, a frequency of 50 Hz, AVR voltage stabilisation, an engine-hour meter, at least one 230 V 16 A AC socket and one 400 V 16 A socket, copper windings, overload protection and a wheeled transport frame. The operating temperature range must be -25 to +35 °C. Each unit must be ready for use, and the supplier must provide fuel for the test start. The units must be new and manufactured no more than 12 months before delivery. Minimum operating time at 75% load is 6 hours for Lot I, 4 hours for Lot II, 6 hours for Lot III and 4 hours for Lot IV. Lot I allows electric and/or manual starting; electric starting is required for the other lots. Lots II and III additionally require a generator protection system. Lot IV also requires vibration damping, an emergency stop and a welding module with smoothly adjustable welding current of at least 40–300 A, using the MMA process with electrodes up to 6 mm in diameter and a duty cycle of at least 35% at 280 A. Welding cables and holders must be included for Lot IV. The equipment is subject to a 24-month warranty and a 24-month liability period for defects. Delivery is due within six weeks of signing the contract and no later than 30 November 2026. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must submit catalogue sheets showing the equipment’s technical parameters and the required declarations; no specific turnover, experience or staffing requirements are set.
