Purchase of equipment for population protection and civil defence

Summary

The contracting authority is purchasing equipment for population protection and civil defence in four lots: Lot I – an 80 kW generator on a twin-axle trailer, 2,500-litre and 200-litre fuel tanks, a dehumidifier and a heater; Lot II – two 5 kW voltage-stabilised generators and two power distribution boards; Lot III – supply, installation, integration and user instruction for a digital encrypted alarm siren; and Lot IV – a twin-axle road trailer. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots. Each lot must be completed within 7 days of contract signing. Lot III also includes system testing and obtaining the necessary radio-frequency permits. The bidder must provide the technical evidence required for the relevant lot. Price is the sole award criterion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish and properly signed.
