Purchase and delivery of reagents and consumables for research under the NPZ project – 3 lots
Summary
The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables for research under the National Health Programme (NPZ). It is divided into three lots. Bids may cover one, several or all lots, but must include every listed item within each lot bid for. Lot 1: microbiological media—8 packs of 500 g malt-extract medium and 8 packs of 500 g tryptic soy medium. Lot 2: laboratory consumables—17 packs of sterile, PCR-clean filtered pipette tips, 50–1,000 µl (960 per pack); 10 packs of 2–200 µl tip reloads (960 per pack); 10 packs of 0.1–10 µl tips, 34 mm long (960 per pack); 7 packs of 1.5 ml PCR-clean tubes (1,000 per pack); and 1 pack of sterile 0.5–10 ml pipette tips (120 pieces). Lot 3: 3 sets of disposable microfluidic slides for the QIAxpert instrument; each slide can analyse up to 16 samples and each set contains 25 slides. Equivalent products may be offered instead of the referenced brands. Products must be new, free from defects and authorised for sale in Poland or the EU. Minimum shelf life is 4 months for Lot 1 and 1 year for Lots 2 and 3; longer shelf life earns additional evaluation points. Bids are evaluated on price (80%) and product shelf life (20%). Delivery is due by 15 December 2026, with an anticipated lead time of up to 6 weeks from the order. Delivery must be made at the supplier’s expense to the institute in Lublin on working days between 8:00 and 15:00; the supplier must give at least 4 working days’ notice of the planned delivery. The contracting authority may exercise an option to increase quantities by up to 30%. The bid submission deadline was 14 October 2026 at 09:00.
